We are delighted to announce the launch of our very first CPD accredited blended learning programme….
Learning and Development Skills for Professionals
is designed for Professionals who have a secondary role in developing others, and would like to take their capability and confidence to another level.
The programme neatly packages the essential knowledge and generic skills used by professional trainers and facilitators, mentors and coaches into a practical, hands-on 3-day course, supported by learning needs assessment both pre and post-course, and access to a range of supplementary digital learning resources online.
it seems almost everywhere I go these days, I encounter professional people who, in addition to fulfilling the core requirements of their role, are also now expected to turn their hand to training or facilitating, either as a regular or as-required feature of their professional role.
Some rise brilliantly to the challenge; aided perhaps by a natural aptitude, or a pre-existing interest in learning and developing others. For others, the very prospect of having to manage a group situation is likely to invoke their fight or flight response. And some will give it their very best shot, while knowing it could be better…
- New-to-practice professionals seeking a comprehensive introduction to Learning and Development practices and skills
- More-seasoned practitioners looking to update and refresh practices
- Managers, Team-Leaders and Supervisors who are invested in staff and team development and wish to enhance their knowledge, skills and practices
The course may also interest senior colleagues who wish to better understand the modern Learning and Development Practices and their contribution potential, for both continuing professional development and organisational success.
