Collaborative partnerships require certain ingredients blended-well together if the potential of the advantage is to be realised.
We are not talking about large and complex organisational partnerships, although we shall return to these later as they are highly relevant to the discussion.
Here, we refer to working collaboratively with other trainers, facilitators, consultants, researchers, coaches etc. who share some common ground interests with us.
Differences in experience, perspective and personal approach add further value, although this all rests on the ability of the collaborative partners to find ways of working and creating and blending particularly well together.
